Yitzhak (Tzachi) Reizel

Dr. Yitzhak Reizel is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering of the Technion since August 2021. His research focuses on epigenetic editing in the context of liver differentiation, prostate cancer, and aging, with a particular emphasis on DNA methylation. In his previous work, he studied the role of liver-specific DNA methylation patterns and the mechanisms establishing these patterns.
